In the tenth and last class of the competition analysis course we are going to see the conclusions we reached by analyzing our competitors.

We are going to see the importance of doing a good analysis and the results that doing so entails, as well as the significant changes in one of the analyzed companies participating in the analysis of the competition.

In short, we are going to see a real case of the consequences of an analysis of the competition. Go for it!

Very revealing, right? A real case in which our analysis has led us to make a 180º turn on our website, and you can see how it has also led us to change our competitive strategy and change our marketing strategy.
