Facebook Course #9. Environment audit – .com

In the ninth module of the Facebook course we are going to see how to carry out an audit of our competitive environment, with the aim of facilitating the creation of the communication strategy.

Through an audit we will be able to identify opportunities within any content category, either by identifying the “best practices” of our competitors, or by recognizing new content, format or form opportunities that do not exist within our competitive environment.

We are going to see what steps to take, what list of key points to take into account, and how to audit our pages or those of our clients. Let us begin!

As you can see, the audits that we propose are comprised of two parts: quantitative and qualitative. In the first we analyze followers, frequency of publication, engagement and opinions, and in the second we analyze page information, contests, the type of content, videos, direct and community.

It’s clear that the best way to learn how to run effective and efficient audits is by putting it into practice, so select 5 competitors and get to work on that competency audit! We remind you that you have the audit template available to download below the video 🙂

Undoubtedly, a factor to take into account in order to identify opportunities within the market niche that you have selected in order to produce your content.

As always, if you have any doubt or question, you can send it through the support form of the subscriber intranet. See you in the next lesson! 🙂
