We share with you this exclusive interview that we did with three influencer dads: Maxi Kupferman (), Alejandro Castagnolo () Y Lucas Merayo, where they tell us how they balance their profession with their fatherhood, and they recommend different Nube stores from which they would like to receive gifts for this special date. How did the idea of becoming an “influencer dad” come about?
“I always uploaded to my dishes, recipes and restaurant reviews when eating out. The moment my daughter started eating, and I showed her what she ate, many friends with children asked me for advice and the recipes of what I prepared for them. The truth is that it took me a while to get excited, a little because of time, or because I didn’t think that anyone other than my friends would be interested in what I was cooking for my daughter. @papacocina was born just a year ago, on Father’s Day, and not even I can believe how much she has grown in such a short time, ”says Maxi.
“It happened to me during pregnancy and after the baby’s first few months. I was looking for information about this stage and everything I found was written by and for mothers, so I found it interesting to tell the other side of having a family. As men there are things that we experience differently and I think it’s good that that side also has a voice”, comments Alexander.
“I already had an account that I used to upload skits (humorous videos)”, describes Lucas.
“I am an actor and since there was a decline in national productions and the same people always acted in the programs, television was ceasing to be what it was with respect to its massiveness in the face of the new media. So I decided to generate my own content to make myself known that way. With the arrival of Toto, all my creative content was modified by my new reality. He tried, at first, to continue with the skits usual, but in my head there were only ideas of funny parenting situations. I let that flow and it blew up my account,” says Lucas.

Between the posts, projects and activities, how do you reconcile professional activity with fatherhood?
“Looking for little moments that we can spend together: in the morning lazing around five minutes before getting up, in the afternoon going to look for her in the garden when I can and at night, playing for a little while before going to sleep or adding her to the kitchen to help me with dinner”, describes Maxi. .
In tune, Alejandro details: “The reality is that from Monday to Friday I only see the fat man two or three hours a day, it is quite hard, and more so considering that those are the hours in which he is most tired after all day in kindergarten, that is, we have to combine the desire to play with the daily routine and housework. There are days when fatigue makes it a bit difficult, but we always try to share even for a while just the two of usit is not easy for a two year old to understand that the parents have to work and are not there during the day but it is also part of learning that you do”.
For his part, Lucas comments: “The hardest thing is finding the time. By working on my own, I can decide which hours to work and which ones not. But that sometimes works against me because it is confused with being 100% available. My wife and I did a great job designing an agenda so that everyone could do what they needed to do.. She is also an instagramer @mami.make.up and we both do a lot of things from home.”
“I chose to go to a coworking space, which made me much more productive. And we sent the fat man to the garden when he turned a year old. We are finding a new ‘normal’. It gets a little complicated when they invite me to press trips, I’m not here for a few days and you have to adjust the logistics with the grandmothers and their nanny, but we’re doing well”, explains Lucas enthusiastically.
Father’s Day is coming… do they give away or do they give away?
Laughing, Maxi assures: “I am sooooo I’m good at choosing gifts, but what’s good about me is hanging. So they usually give it to me.”
“I always give something to my old man and, like all of us, even if we play hard to get, I always like to receive a little gift,” Alejandro slides.
Lucas laughs and comments; “Gift, but I think I should start giving myself more, right?”

Maxi takes the voice: “I always say that I don’t need anything. But this time I have to admit that I need some things for the kitchen ”… and she gives hints:
