I am trying to migrate my online store 24julios.es from my current hosting to . Taking advantage of the transfer, I would like to change the CMS, from Prestashop to WordPress/Woocommerce, since Prestashop 1.7 is causing me many problems.
Before migrating the domain, I am testing a provisional domain in (The tests I have done with the free version of the plugin FG PrestaShop to WooCommerce have gone reasonably well. But in my store there are products with variations, attributes, filters… and these changes are not made with the free version of the plugin.
The paid version is supposed to do it, but before spending the money, I wanted to know if you have experience with this plugin and can you help me with a couple of questions:
- Does the paid version really make the right pass of products with combinations (variations), attributes, features…?
- I am using the Prestashop module Searches by facets which works pretty well, but works with attributes, features, families, and subfamilies. Is there something similar in WordPress? Would the same attributes, families, etc. be used or would I have to configure them all again after the change to Prestashop?
These are basically my questions. If anyone has experience, I’d appreciate the help.
