GDPR course – .com

In this technical GDPR course for WordPress, we will learn how to legally adapt corporate websites and online stores in WordPress.

Throughout 10 classes we will review each of the points that we must take into account to comply with the GDPR: from the most theoretical concepts to the most recommended plugins in the repository to have a 100% legal website.

The General Data Protection Regulation, the RGPD (or GDPR for its acronym in English), is the current regulation at the European level on issues of privacy and protection of user data. Although it entered into force in 2018, there are still many web pages that are not adapted to the Regulation.

One of the main problems is the lack of knowledge in the technical part of the GDPR: we associate this regulation with 100% legal matters that must be dealt with by lawyers or experts in data protection.

The truth is that there are many aspects that must be taken into account at a technical level to comply with the law. From the adaptation of the contact forms or the registration of the consent in the treatment of the data. Until the implementation of the cookie banner, one of the most commented topics of the GDPR.

Is there really a repository plugin that allows you to have a GDPR-compliant cookie banner? Yes. We are going to focus on the technical part of the GDPR: first establishing theoretical concepts and then putting them into practice.

We are one step away from starting to learn how to legalize your web pages and adapt them to current regulations. See you inside the course?
