Check that the wax is between 60 and 65 degrees and, when this happens, turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove. Now, pour the fat-soluble essence into your melted wax and mix with the other hand to perfectly integrate the essence with the wax.
4. Pour the wax into the containers
It is time to empty the wax into the previously prepared containers! Be very careful because the wax will still be hot. Fill the containers or molds and accommodate the leftover wick that will serve to light it with the help of the wick holder or two wooden sticks.
5. Let stand to cure
When you finish packing your candles —or assembling the wax in the molds— and place the wick in the center with the help of the centralizing support; It is time to let it rest for 2-3 days. What for? This will help your candles to cure and release the aromas you added with greater intensity.
6. Decorate and add the last details
You are already in the last details to finish your aromatic handmade candles. After the curing period, you can cut the remaining wick, decorate the top of the candle and use the heat gun to give your candles a more professional and quality finish.
