But, specifically, what is the salary of a Mercadona worker who has just started in the supermarket company?
As detailed on its website, Mercadona workers have the following net salary based on their seniority:
– With a seniority of less than one year: 1,198 euros net per month.
– With a seniority of two years: 1,265 euros net per month.
– With an age of three years: 1,360 euros net per month.
– With a seniority of more than four years: 1,488 euros net per month.
If we add to this the aforementioned premiums for benefits plus extra payments, the average salary of the base staff stands at an average of 1,800 euros per month, prorating all of the aforementioned.
