How to do paperwork with the pre-application form
SEPE itself has explained that one of the ways is by using the pre-application form that is there and that allows you to process unemployment benefits and other procedures.
through this pre-application form you can request the contributory unemployment benefit (unemployment) and the rest of the body’s subsidies, but not only that: you can also request extensions of unemployment subsidies, submit the annual declaration of income, request the compatibility of unemployment with part-time work or self-employment, as well as the capitalization of that unemployment in a single payment.
In addition, by means of the pre-application form, you can also request the withdrawal of an unemployment benefit, either by obtaining a job for someone else or self-employed, for not meeting the income limit requirements, for temporary disability , for maternity or paternity…
In any case, the interested citizen will have to choose the reason for the pre-application: if it is the request for a benefit or the withdrawal. In addition, the citizen must introduce the DNI or NIE. The system will send you to a new page where you will have to indicate the sub-process.
With that completed, you must proceed to fill in all the information: the citizen must include all their personal data (name and surname, ID expiration date, name of the father and mother, bank account number… ) and your contact information (address, province, town, postal code, telephone number and email address).
In addition, if necessary, the citizen will have to provide information about his spouse when there are children in common. This applies to determine the accreditation of family responsibilities of that citizen. How to carry out procedures at the SEPE Electronic Office
The citizen has another option to carry out their efforts without having to make an appointment and go to a SEPE office. He has at his disposal the Electronic Headquarters of the organization, where he can carry out a multitude of procedures related to unemployment benefits.
If the citizen enters, they will be able to consult the list of available procedures. Those that appear with a capital ‘R’ in red are those that require a digital certificate (), Cl@ve PIN () or electronic DNI. If you do not have them, you will have to complete the process through a pre-application form.
