In the ninth class of the Premiere Pro intermediate course we are going to use the concepts acquired with color theory and we are going to apply it in the use of color correction.
We already saw in the basic course the color correction tools that we had, including monitors such as scopes. Now with this acquired knowledge we will be able to read the readings of this panel.
We are going to go deeper into the world of color grading or correction using the tools that Premiere Pro offers us. Go for it!
In this class we have seen how now that we know better how colors work, we know how to read the parameters that tools such as the Lumetri scope monitor or the Vectorscope show us.
When we edit, we will sometimes use footage from various sources with various finishes. Through color management we will learn how to harmonize all our clips. Likewise, through color adjustments we can make very interesting and advanced effects.
We have also given a review of all the controls and effects. With this tool we can change all the image aspects of our clips and give our creations an ideal finish.
If in the basic course we got to know all the tools that we have at our disposal, we even saw how we can substitute colors using these tools, in this class we are going to delve a little deeper into the world of color correction. And how can we give it a more harmonious finish by reading on the monitors and correcting levels.
For homework, let’s experiment with the effects! We’ve explored the basics, but we can go much deeper and learn more about how it works by playing around with the options in our own edition.
