Payroll course – .com

Course in which we will see how payroll and its management work, from the point of view of the worker, the employer, and the self-employed.

If you have worked for someone else at some point, you will be familiar with vocabulary such as: earnings, deductions, extraordinary payments, common contingencies and personal income tax. They are basic elements of a payroll, and we will explain them in the first class of this course.

In the second to sixth classes, we will see in detail the sections that make up the payroll. We will see the accruals, what they are and what type we can find in a payroll. We will see that there are two fundamental types of them, and that some will represent our salary, but others will not, they will act as income that the company must make us for various reasons.

We will also talk about deductions. They will be those amounts that we must subtract from our gross salary. It is part of our salary, because as we will see, we must take into account the gross salary. Among the deductions are social contributions, which as we will see, are a kind of piggy banks that Social Security keeps for us. There are also taxes, specifically personal income tax. In this case, we cannot talk about piggy banks, since they have a charitable nature.

In the final stretch of the course, we will see how to organize payroll from the employer’s point of view. Whether we have workers on the payroll, what should we take into account, income deadlines, penalties, etc…; as if we are self-employed, how to create the payroll so that the accounting is not out of balance and we have a good organization of finances. We will also see two software that will help us manage salary perceptions. All this in the last two classes.
