How to request a telephone service appointment for Rent

The telephone service for the help of taxpayers and their declaration will start on May 5, so there is still a little less than a month to wait. But, before, from May 3, you can already make an appointment.

This service will be enabled until June 29 and to request it we must first call one of these two telephone numbers:

-By appointment by phone with personal attention, which works at numbers 91 553 00 71 or 901 22 33 44. Its hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Requirements to use this service

The Tax Agency explains that, in order to expedite the process, taxpayers must have available the reference number, the DNI (and its validity date), box 505 of the 2020 Income Statement and have previously verified that you meet the necessary requirements to use this service.

To be able to use it, it is essential not to be in any of these situations: work income of more than 65,000 euros and movable capital of more than 15,000 euros, leases of two or more properties or on tourist rental platforms, professional or business activities in direct estimation , transfers of more than two properties or shares of more than two issuers or transfers of assets from donations or inheritances.

How to request face-to-face attention

For all these cases, the deadline for submission is Wednesday June 30, the last day to deliver the statements. Those who have a result to enter with direct debit finish a few days before, on Friday, June 25.
