It is not the traditional written authorization, it is something more advanced: permission for representation by third parties that do have methods such as digital certificate (), or username + password.

It is included in its article 129.2 that “the representation must be accredited by any means valid in Law that leaves a reliable record” and that “the standardized documents of representation approved by the Social Security Administration for certain procedures will be valid”.
