It is not the traditional written authorization, it is something more advanced: permission for representation by third parties that do have methods such as digital certificate (), or username + password.
It is included in its article 129.2 that “the representation must be accredited by any means valid in Law that leaves a reliable record” and that “the standardized documents of representation approved by the Social Security Administration for certain procedures will be valid”.
Based on this, the body makes available to citizens a ‘Model of representation for carrying out procedures through the electronic registry of the Secretary of State for Social Security and Pensions’, in which it is possible to allow another person be our representative and carry out the procedures that we cannot do by telematic means. They can be made in the body’s tool ‘Your Social Security’.
In this form you must indicate your own data, that of the representative and the procedures that he is allowed to carry out on our behalf.
These are the procedures that Social Security representatives can carry out
