If during CyberMonday you sell a lot and you run out of stock of certain products, don’t worry! Give your customer the option of contact him as soon as you receive the merchandise again.
If you have a Cloud store, this is very easy to do with the application.
It works like this: if you have a product out of stock, it will show a message to your customer with the legend “I want to receive a notification when this product is in stock”:
By clicking there, a pop up will appear for the customer to leave their name and email and, as soon as you have stock again, they will receive a automatic mail with notice. Super easy!
Another option is that you yourself add a clear contact path in your store so that your customers can write to you in case they want the product.
Then you can build a database with stakeholders to notify them when we have stock again.
