Suggestions from students of an online course with Ninja Form…

Buenas tardes.

I have an online course with various modules and lessons. In each lesson I have a form, made with the Ninja Forms plugin, in which the students indicate the suggestions of each topic they study. I have also configured it so that I receive an email every time a student writes a suggestion and rates the lesson with the number of stars they consider. It looks like this:

I insert this form on each page with the shortcode: .

The problem is that when a student completes the lesson and fills out the form, the content of the email that comes to me appears like this:

rate this lesson: 5

Suggestions that you want to contribute to this lesson: I would like it to have an explanatory scheme.

And I have no way of knowing which lesson that suggestion corresponds to.

My question is:

  • How can I do so that when I receive the email with the student’s suggestion, the lesson it corresponds to appears somewhere?

I’ve been looking at the configuration, but I can’t find anything that can help me:

Thanks.

Greetings.

Rogelio.
