The CNMC sets the regulated gas remuneration for 2023 at 2,420 million

The National Commission of Markets and Competition has just presented the supporting report on the remuneration that companies that carry out regulated activities in the liquefied natural gas sector, transport or the distribution.

According to the data made public by the body directed by Cani Fernández, the regulated part of the receipt will charge 2,420 million euros.

The largest item will fall on the distribution business with 1,340 million euros; 699 million will go to the transportation business and 380 million to regasification.

The regasification will mean an income for Enagas of 230 million, for Bahia de Bizkaia Gas of 49 million, for Reganosa of 36 million and for the Sagunto plant of 63 million.

The CNMC has also had to apply a ruling handed down on November 23 in which the Third Section of the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Supreme Court has accepted the appeal filed by Nedgia on the remuneration and access fees for basic underground storage for 2021, which also requires recalculating the distribution remuneration for 2020.
