The file Cache Storage is not supported on this platform.

After waiting all day yesterday for the technicians to be able to fix the error that occurred when they passed the site tests dos to the root (the admin and the menu items created for sobipro led to a blank page), I was able to install the FAVORITE template , it is worth clarifying that three attempts were needed, in the first two a message came out that I have already commented on here previously: the site www.tal, has not sent any file. I started the configuration of said template, very complete by the way, everything was going very well, until from one moment to another, testing how and I was seeing the site, the COMMERCIAL DIRECTORY menu item, did not open the page but an error that I attached in capture, I looked for the problem until 12 at night Colombia and already tired I decided to leave for today, I get up and check again all the configuration of the section and the menu item, and it’s ok, but what a surprise, the BUSSINES section DIRECTORY, I still have it to work as a sample for the others in relation to the creation of the fields, and obviously I created a menu for it to be able to compare in the public. Well, today that menu item gives the same error that is shown in the screenshot. The only thing different from the two sobi menus that give an error with the dog breeders menu, which still opens fine, is that the two with the error have an additional field: addresses of the selection type, but thinking that this could be the error, I disabled it, Well, I don’t see where to remove them. Still the problem continues. I googled and found this: but I don’t know how to proceed, where are those files?
Although in this other forum they talk about other solutions that I don’t understand, they seem to be server configuration.
Will I be able to finish this site before the end of the world?
