The Fitzgerald prepares the assault on Madrid with three new hamburger restaurants

The Valencian hamburger chain The Fitzgerald Burger Company will be strengthened in the Community of Madrid with the opening of three new restaurants in the coming weeks, the first of them in the center of the capital.

The brand founded by the Valencian brothers Mario and Carlos Gelabert thus reinforces a national expansion plan, which plans to open 10 new restaurants, driven by the entry of Tastia Group into the shareholding of the brand, owner of 50% since February 2020.

The Fitzgerald Burger Company lands in the capital under the “Welcome To The Movement” concept, with the aim of promoting its business model at a national level, after Tastia Group announced last April that it was beginning to franchise the brand.

In this way, in the next three weeks, the chain will add three new establishments to the one it already has operating in the Gran Plaza 2 Shopping Center in Majadahonda, thus reaching four restaurants in the Community of Madrid and 16 nationwide.

in the financial district

The company, a benchmark in the fast casual hamburger segment in the Valencian Community, will kick off its plan with a first establishment with a surface area of more than 185 m2 and a terrace of 56 m2, at number 14 Avenida de Brazil, business and financial district of the capital.

This store will be followed by two others managed directly by the company in the Quadernillos Shopping Center in Alcalá de Henares, with a store with more than 300 m2 of room and 72 m2 of terrace, and in the El Palmeral Shopping Center in Las Rozas, with almost 400 m2 between restaurant and terrace.

promotional effort

For those who live in the capital, the arrival of The Fitzgerald in Madrid has coincided with a strong publicity campaign in the city under the claim “Welcome To The Movement”, the national initiative with which it intends to position itself as a philosophy focused on brave people, optimists and nonconformists.

This philosophy connects with the spirit of a young brand that in eight years of existence has been characterized by creating unique environments with creativity and art as its flag and complementary to an offer of gourmet hamburgers with fresh meat without hormones or preservatives, from cattle Own raised with 100% vegetable food and cooked in charcoal ovens.
