I see that a repeated language appears twice in the multilanguage status module, go to extensions –> Extension Manager: Manage, and deactivate akeebabackup-es-ES
The module change language, select to appear on all pages.
I think that you are not doing the multi-language issue correctly, since in the default menu “Main Menu” I think you have activated the menu items of the website so that they are displayed in all languages.
It is interesting that you review the videos and follow the steps.
