The problem is that the desired product is not added to the shopping cart if you click on the add to cart (or quick purchase) icon from the home page, this is because in the product configuration you are stipulating that the Minimum purchase quantity is 100 units. So, if you access the product page you will see that it will add the product to you because it adds 100 units, but when you do it from the home page it only adds 1 unit, an invalid amount. I hope I have explained myself.
This does not happen on your website that you have in production and that has Prestsashop 1.6. How did you implement the purchase theme with a minimum number of units in Prestashop 1.6? Through a module or theme functionality?
In the case of Prestashop 1.7 you can easily solve it with the module -> if you modified the template to add the “add to cart” delete the code, if you did it through a module deactivate it and if it comes as a functionality of the theme then contact the developer to that tells you what you have to do so that when adding the product from the “add to cart” on the home page, for example, it dynamically takes the minimum purchase unit and does not stipulate it as fixed by setting it to 1.
