To access the content of Facebook Watch we will only have to navigate through a tab which will be inside the platform. The new section will have a function called “watch list” with which you can create playlists and keep track of new content once it appears on the platform.

As in , users will be able to comment and throw during broadcasts. In fact this will apparently be an important function within Facebook Watch as the categories will be classified according to these reactions, for example the category “Videos that make you laugh the most” will be based on how many times users have reacted to it with the icon “I enjoy”.

Facebook Watch will feature exclusive content

This new video streaming tab will highlight original shows produced by Facebook. To achieve this, the company has contacted content creators which will include a wide range of genres, from comedy and sports live up series.

One of these partners is the online magazine Quartzwhich will create science shows and how it shapes the global economy. As an example, Facebook has mentioned a program that will talk about robots and how scientists explore unknown parts of the earth with them.

Another of these exclusive programs will be Little Kitchenstarring children and created by culinary account Tastemade. In another series, Gabby Bernsteinspeaker and author of motivational content will offer advice and answer questions from fans in real time.

This same week Facebook Watch will be released but for the moment only a limited number of users in the United States you can try it. In any case, it is a fact that the social network will launch the service gradually to all users, although it has not clarified a specific date.
