What you need to know about taxes for entrepreneurs

For a microenterprise where, by definition, billing levels are low, the most recommended figure is the monotax and/or simplified regime because it has a very low cost.

4.- When a venture is comprised of two or more partners, is it recommended that each one be a monotributist?

If there are two or three and there is not a de facto company between them, they can establish the de facto company (which can be registered in the monotax) or make one of those regulated by Law 19,550.

There cannot be two monotributistas (two CUIT) exercising the same activity simultaneously in the same place, the law does not allow it; they must be enrolled in different activities and have separate physical spaces, if they are in the same place.

5.- Being monotributistas, what happens with the invoice stubs?

Invoice stubs are not presented unless expressly and reliably requested by AFIP. In addition, due to the new regulations there will be no more checkbooks, for 2019 all categories will have to do and for some time it is not necessary to have a backup checkbook for when the system does not work.

The only taxes that you have to register and settle separately are the Gross Income Tax (which also has a simplified regime for taxpayers whose activity takes place in a single jurisdiction or by Multilateral Agreement to sell or provide services in several Provinces) .

I want to clarify that many people who believe that only signing up for a monotax are in order, and the reality is that the other leg is missing, which is, as I mentioned before, signing up for Gross Income.
