In a few months, we will have a store in the center of a town of about 35,000 inhabitants and 1.5 km from the coast… In recent years, we have seen that many commercial premises in towns and cities are without rent because the owners they ask for an exorbitant rent or, there are no businesses or stores that can survive the rise of electronic commerce. I have been thinking a lot about this topic and I don’t know if there are businesses that can be profitable in a central location combined with online business or, on the contrary, these locations only have outlets for food/hotel/clothing stores or professionals in the medical sector. Do you think that the trend is to go to 100% online commerce and that these stores are not going to have an outlet either to be rented or to start a local/online business or, on the contrary, do you think that a physical store can be combined with an online store and continue being profitable and competitive??
