3. Hello Joan, a hug from Guadalajara Mexico. Clients and friends have had problems with their ecommerce. There are many people who are doing fraud, they buy the store and then they do not recognize the charge, so the payment gateway returns the money to the bank. The store owner is left without the money or the product. Another case, a friend has a digital product, the user pays and downloads it and cancels the payment at the time. My question is how can we avoid these scams? Unfortunately, the bank always agrees with the users and not with the ecommerce. I am waiting for your answer (Fernando)

I have started to publish content on a blog and little by little I will complement it with other means of dissemination that I want to try and analyze if they fit me. I aim at people who want to undertake Online and do not know how to start. Help them separate the wheat from the chaff and trace the path that best suits their case (which has been a boluder). 7. Hello Joan Good morning, my name is Oscar and I congratulate you for all the help you offer me through this means, without a doubt I would be lost in so much information. I’m looking at the funnel challenge and I’m between a rock and a hard place. I’ll put you in context: I already have my own website as Joan and the teachers of each course command – WordPress + WooComerce + Storefront + Restrict content pro + the security plugins you recommend, well there are several plugins and I have the illusion of being able to generate valuable information (medical advice for the patient and his family) that substantially benefits subscribers. It is a project that I have created little by little, I am not eager and it goes hand in hand with my profession (general doctor), what I want to tell you is that it is my pleasure to make my website – with a view to monitizing it 😉 and I can dedicate it 6 hours a day. Well, let’s get to the point, I want to use the knowledge I have gained from the funnel challenge to promote specialized medical services and I have considered the possibility of getting the Clientify subscription, but listen to podcast #639 on online marketing and Joan says very logical and profitable things , the attention has sounded a lot to me: why an external landing page? Could you not better optimize the services or products of the web? Do people prefer to know who they are buying from and would like to know who we are?
