One of the pioneering restaurants in Spain to launch this product as a new healthy fast-food concept was Tasty Poke Bar. The founders of this business concept are three young entrepreneurs. Just over a year and a half later, this small start-up is no longer so small: it has more than 50 employees in its chain and has seven stores in operation (five in Madrid, one in Malaga and another in A Coruña) and has more than ten openings planned nationwide for this 2019.
