EiDF acquires two 102 MW projects in Castilla-La Mancha

EiDF has closed, located in Castilla-La Mancha. The energy group has indicated that it formalized these two operations at the beginning of this month of August, with which it thus contributes to the fulfillment and increase of the objectives of its business plan.

Both projects are in the advanced processing phase, they have signed land for their implementation, access and connection permit granted by REE, as well as ongoing administrative authorization and environmental processing. The projects are expected to enter the ‘ready to build’ state at the end of 2023.

Likewise, the company has signed a reservation contract for two other projects located in Castilla y León, which add up to 150 MW of combined power, also connected to the transmission network. With these acquisitions, EiDF’s pipeline stands at 2,459 MW.

Transition to the continuous market

EiDF has called an extraordinary general meeting for next September 9 in which it will propose to its shareholders the request for exclusion from trading of the company from the BME Growth segment and, simultaneously, the request for admission to trading of all of the shares of the company on the stock exchanges through the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (SIBE), thus making the jump to the Spanish Continuous Market.

It is expected that this transition to the Continuous Market will be carried out by splitting the number of shares into which the company’s share capital is divided in the proportion of four new titles for each one old, by reducing the unit face value of all the shares from €0.10 to €0.025.
