Entrepreneurs Law: everything you need to know

On March 29, 2017, Argentina sanctioned the known as the “Entrepreneurs Law”.

  • Investment funds: A FONDCE (Trust Fund for the Development of Entrepreneurial Capital) is created so that the State allocates public funds to co-invest with private parties and promote the development of projects.
