The Hero store is actually a double store. An alliance between one (Babytienda) and another that focuses on hers, and that coexist allowing to go from one to another by means of a simple click, sharing 90% of its design and structure characteristics. In fact, the fundamental differences between the two focus on their predominant colors, the product categories and an extra filter that will help parents locate the most suitable products in the Babystore based on the age of their offspring, and which adds to other more common (depending on the price, brand or age of the item).

Fast shipments and… cheap?

In (almost) any other eCommerce, having a level of free shipping of only €50 it is synonymous with the fact that customers will rarely pay anything to receive their purchases. However, in a store like Hero’s this level is too high, taking into account the meager average price of their products (€1 for a jar of jam, for example). In any case, for orders that do not reach this limit, shipments will have a cost of €5.99and it will take about three days to arrive at the customer’s address, missing a greater variety of shipping methods (slower and cheaper shipments, collection points…)
