Scrum course – .com

In this Scrum course we will learn about this methodology for project management that is based on partial deliveries of a project.

The traditional methodologies indicated that the client gave us an order, we studied it with him, we made a budget and if it is accepted, we execute it as a project and the client does not see anything of what he ordered us until the project ends.

However, there are situations in which this is not possible or recommended: The client does not know exactly what they need, the budget is not fixed or the functionalities will be known based on temporary situations.

If when you execute a project and the delivery is delayed over time, the costs grow, the functionalities that are built may not have the maximum desired quality, in short, perhaps your project is useless, because your client ultimately obtains a result that it doesn’t satisfy you. To avoid these situations, agile methodologies arise and among them we find Scrum.

Throughout 10 lessons Peio Lambán will show us how to execute a project in iterations that we call sprint and in each of these iterations we make the client’s project grow so that we obtain a new version that could be executed and be valid.
