The Andalusian Government reiterates that the ‘parental pin’ “is not going to be implemented” because “it is not on the Citizens’ agenda”

The vice president of the Board and regional coordinator of Ciudadanos (Cs) in Andalusia, Juan Marín, has reaffirmed this Friday that the so-called ‘parental pin’ “is not going to be implemented” in Andalusia, because “it is not in the agenda neither of the PP nor of Ciudadanos”.

This has been indicated in Huelva to questions from journalists about the pressures of Vox in this regard, noting that this “is not one of the commitments” that his formation acquired during the regional elections.

On this point, Marín has highlighted that what “will be” is “total transparency” so that parents know “what are the activities that their children do in educational centers”, and has emphasized that when a center is chosen families already know what its educational program is.

Marín has already asserted that the Minister of Education and Sports, Javier Imbroda, “made it very clear”, at the same time that he has pointed out that Vox “will be able to position itself ideologically where it deems appropriate” because “it is legitimate”, but that there are “issues that they have to understand”, as the two formations that govern the Junta did not acquire “that commitment” with the Andalusians.
