-Classification and distribution staff: between 1,100 and 1,300 euros gross per month.

-Executive Postal Staff: between 1,300 and 1,500 euros gross per month.

The highest categories are those of base officer and executive, management positions that are normally accessed through internal promotion, accumulating experience.

The agreement also includes other conditions, such as vacations, which are for one calendar month a year, and the shifts are from morning to afternoon continuously in 7-hour shifts.
