That is why this time we will not include a comparative table with what happened in previous years, since the ordering criteria are not comparable.

The 25 best social media agencies… ordered by their results

Obviously, determining which are the best social media agencies in Spain it’s not easy. we could use many criteria for this: its prestige in the sector, its performance in social networks, the opinion of clients, etc. And even if we approached it from all aspects, we could not determine with certainty which are the best, because the same agency can do a great job with one brand and another not so much with anotherand just for changing the sector, for being a different type of brand or even for the professionals involved in the campaign.

On this occasion, we make a direct survey of more than 40 Spanish agenciesof which we answered 25. This is a fundamental aspect of this ranking: It is prepared based on declarative data, provided by the agencies themselves.

The parameters respondents who determined the positions were:

  • Number of clients total social media (SM).
  • Billing managed in SM during 2020 (not counting social ads).
  • Number of New customers SM earned during 2020.
  • Billing managed in SM of new customers 2020 (not counting social ads).
  • Average investment per client.
  • Number of specialists SM.

The process to define the positions was as follows: we made a specific ranking for each of the criteria mentioned above. Each of them determined a position for each company (from 1 to 25). In the final table, all these partial classifications were added, which resulted in a medial: the lower the average position, the better the ranking.
