Twitch course #2. Create and configure an account – .com

In the second class of the Twitch course we are going to learn how to create and configure our account in an optimal way.

It may be the easiest task in the world, however, it is important to understand that there is no difference between user and creator accounts. Any account can make direct on the platform.

For this reason, in this class, we are going to learn how to create an account and how to configure it to our needs, as well as establish the access security protocols that Twitch requires us to have if we want to one day start performing live shows on the platform. Let’s start!

In this class we have seen how we can create our account in an easy way. Now we have a fully configured account with which we can start interacting with the millions of channels that exist on the platform.

We have also seen how to connect other applications with our account. We already know that it is a platform very focused on video games and social applications.

So it is native to be able to connect our account to the different video game accounts, and even to our YouTube channel. That will be very useful if we intend to upload our live streams to our channel in an easy and fast way. Configuring all these aspects of our account will be very useful for us, and will save us a lot of work and trouble, when we start configuring our account to broadcast.

As an optional task, I encourage you to start exploring the platform more deeply, without fear. Let’s look in the categories that interest us for creators of a not too large size. Where we can really interact face to face with the creator. And let’s participate in the chat conversation. Let’s start living the Twitch experience.

As always, if you have any doubt or question, you can send it through the support form of the subscriber intranet. See you in the next lesson! 🙂
