Eighth analysis of the comparison of WordPress hostings, in which we analyze the provider DinaHosting, with its App WordPress plan.
Both in this analysis, and in the rest of the , we have analyzed seven basic sections:
- contracted plan: Characteristics of it by choosing a basic plan that allows working with WordPress.
- Recruitment process: We look at complexity, the information we receive, and payment options.
- Information process after purchase: We have already paid and we analyze what information is received as well as if it makes life easier (or complicates it for us).
- WordPress installation: We use the automated installer and see what they install for us and the pros and cons.
- Tests and tests: Using different services we know the speed and security.
- Technical support: We create different bugs and analyze the time and quality of the response.
- Return: Some hostings have a satisfaction guarantee or similar, we value the ease or difficulty of their processing.
In each of these sections we have evaluated different variables, scoring from 1 to 3, according to the following criteria:

Hiring Process
A somewhat chaotic process due to the appearance and disappearance of completely arbitrary forms of payment that we have not yet understood.
After trying to contract, they told us to call them to verify data. We did so, and they indicate that perhaps it was being verified with the tax agency. We don’t understand what they mean, but in the end we got it.

Good installer with many customization options that allows us to save time, without having to make subsequent modifications to WordPress.

Tests and tests
Once the demo content was installed, WordPress updated and the Twenty Nineteen theme activated, we analyzed its performance.
As we can see in the results, it defends itself quite well, even in the most complex Load Impact test, with 24 users at a time, staying under 9 seconds, which is not excessively fast, but consistent with the contracted plan.

Technical support
As the main disadvantage (although it can be an advantage for others) they do not have a ticket system and the start of the conversation is initiated by email.
They also have a 900 telephone number (free) and a chat system. It becomes curious that they ask us for the email and the last 3 characters of the password.

Summary
Quite complete hosting with peculiarities, such as the limitation in the number of databases or the space limit, with a correct loading speed.
The WordPress installation with many options, and the technical support, although it does not allow working with tickets, responds in a concrete and friendly way.
