I recommend you make a calendar with all the important data. That is, if you are in charge of most of the operational and administrative activities; It is necessary that you capture it somewhere so that, in this way, anyone can replace you without further complication.
Write down dates such as receipt of merchandise, lifting of orders for restock, dates of payment to personnel or any activity that is in your charge.
