Telepizza presents its new improved recipe

On its 35th anniversary, Telepizza dares with a new recipe that improves the three ingredients that make up the base of a good pizza: dough, tomato and cheese. “The secret is in the dough” has been, since its inception, Telepizza’s hallmark and now it extols it again with this recipe renewed through more than three decades of experience.

The chain is the pioneer in the food delivery sector in Spain, since 1987 it has been making its own dough with a unique recipe that makes it very different from the rest, but now it has taken a step forward, giving it added value through much more intense flavor.

The keys to this improved recipe are in the dough, the tomato and the cheese: the dough is much more consistent and spongy, which makes the stretching process in the store easier, which guarantees a uniform thickness. The second point of added value is the new tomato sauce (without frying and without added oils), seasoned with oregano. All this is crowned by a new melted cheese, 100% dairy, which gives the pizza more creaminess.

It must be remembered that Telepizza is the only brand in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector that makes its own dough. This production process lasts seven days, of which 72 hours are fermentation, and then it is kneaded and stretched in the store just before baking. Therefore, Telepizza has created this value-added formula that consolidates it as a benchmark in the sector.

But the brand is more ambitious and, coinciding with its 35th anniversary, they have also decided to improve their menu by adding the Telepi-Top, that is, three new pizzas made with the ingredients most in demand by customers:

With the new ‘Telepi-Top’, the company wants to pay homage to the loyalty of its customers, meeting demand, and for this reason it has decided to expand its menu offer with this new line of pizzas.
